Amy and I did something a little different this time we went to Vegas. Amy did some research and found a neat ghost town two hours north of Vegas. According to Wikipedia, this town came into existence in 1904 during the Gold Rush and abruptly closed down in 1919 after having a population of nearly 10,000. It was fun to hear the history of this town.

This man gave us a tour of the house shown behind that was made of bottles. He was nice enough to stop a moment for a photo.

If you live close to Las Vegas, I really suggest hopping in the car for a roadtrip.
