Lava Hot Springs

Saturday my wife and I decided to go on a little road trip and surrounded by snow we decided to go to the Lava Hot Springs. It was a fun drive and a good break.

It was a good three hour drive up to the hot springs, so once we finally got up there we ate some food at a local resturant and then went to the pools.

It was really relaxing and we ended up spending a couple of hours there before heading back to Salt Lake.

On the way back we saw some bald eagles and I was able to snap some pictures of them. They were amazing to see as I hadn’t ever seen bald eagles in the wild.

On the way back we passed through Logan and went to the LDS temple there.

All in all we drove a lot, but had a good time together. Road trips are needed from time to time. I am in Oakland, California right now with the hockey team for the regional tournament conference. They flew me out to photograph their games.

I am now using a new blog and everyone should be able to leave a comment if they’d like so give it a shot and let me know what you think of my latest pictures.
